Tracey Gamer-Fanning was interviewed by Hartford Hospital in 2007 – it was right at the beginning of her journey. She was diagnosed in September of 2006 after her initial Grand Mal seizure in front of her small children while they were taking a bath. She talks of how she was told of her condition, her rehabilitation from her paralysis after surgery, how her husband, Bill Fanning, left during her recovery and how she plans on tackling the future with positive energy and determination.
